Acquisition Underscores Hyperion’s Commitment to Expanding Technical Services Offerings to Vertical Transportation Industry
September 21, 2022 (MEMPHIS, Tennessee) — Hyperion Solutions (“Hyperion”), a premier integrated provider of Systems & Components, Digital Solutions, and Technical Services for the Vertical Transportation industry today confirmed the acquisition of Titan Machine Corp. (“Titan Machine”). Since 1973, Long Island City, NY-based Titan Machine has been a leader in furnishing new elevator and hoistway equipment and providing a unique blend of custom machine and repair services to the elevator industry.
