Here at Titan Machine we have successfully repaired and duplicated many compensation sheave assemblies and their accompanying housing. The compensation sheaves usually have deeper than normal grooves in the sheave and have lighter duty bearings and shafts. These sheaves are usually machined specifically to fit inside their respective housing.
